To change or cancel an order, it’s best to contact us here.

Be aware that sometimes it’s not possible to modify an order for a number of reasons:

• If the order’s already been dispatched you’ll need to follow our return guide to return the product.

• If you’d like to change the size or colour of your preorder get in touch as soon as you can, there may still be time for us to do something. But as you know we only produce what’s ordered to minimise waste, so this isn’t always possible.

• The item is from stock and there’s none left. If there is any we’ll of course switch up your order.
