Tracking my returned itemUpdated a year ago

You can track your return via your Asphalte customer account. Once we’ve received your returned item, your exchange will appear in your account and the order number will begin with "RR". For example: RR123456.

Once the replacement item has been shipped to you, the tracking link will be available on that same page.

Of course, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us here.

Tip: If you're returning a suit for an exchange, we suggest you to keep the cover and the hangers as we don’t send those out the second time. It’s part of our effort to cut down on waste.
